Introduction
For the past year, I’ve been providing mentorship to behavior analysts who’ve had an ethics violation. After becoming deeply acquainted with the process, I want to disseminate all the information!
I’ll start with the ins-and-outs of the BACB® Ethics Department's process for handling alleged violations. What to do if you get that dreaded Alleged Violation notice, and what my recommended next steps are.
Objectives

Describe the BACB® Ethics Department's process for handling alleged violations or competence concerns.
Discuss the considerations for reporting an Alleged Violation.
Discuss considerations for Self-Reporting.
Identify steps to take when receiving a Notice of Alleged Violation.
Identify steps to take when receiving a Disciplinary Determination.
Discuss ways to disseminate this information.
